The model of our first residence is a two bedroom unit with an easily expandable first floor walk out that can include several additional bedrooms, a recreation room, additional bath or whatever your imagination desires.
Cambria LLC is a part of Teal Lake LLC, the developer of the successful project Teal Lake Estates located on the shore of Teal Lake. This project has returned over $800,000.00 dollars in tax revenue to the local communities to help fund schools, police, fire protection and other public services. Teal Lake Villas will continue to add to this revenue as it is built.
Cambria LLC is a local business and we are proud to use only the finest builders and suppliers from the surrounding community to construct our project. In addition, Cambria LLC, along with Teal Lake LLC, has spent over a million dollars for local labor and material to date.
The master plan, by Barry Polzin an AIA Architect, shows our commitment to creating a complete development plan for this site, including office buildings, apartments, estate size lots and a shopping center. Future public improvements consist of fountains, bike paths, nature trails and a public park.
